
Jammu, March 16: Dr. Farooq Abdullah, President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, and Omar Abdullah, Vice President and Chief Minister, extended their heartfelt wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr and the annual Urs of the revered saint Hazrat Alamdar-e-Kashmir, Sheikh-ul-Alam Sheikh Nooruddin Noorani.
In a message shared on the official X account of the National Conference, the leaders emphasized that Shab-e-Qadr is one of the holiest nights in Islam, symbolizing reflection, compassion, humility, and devotion to the Almighty Allah. They prayed that this blessed occasion brings Peace, prosperity, and harmony to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
The leaders highlighted the spiritual significance of Shab-e-Qadr, reminding everyone of the power of prayer, forgiveness, and compassion. They expressed their hopes for lasting stability in the region, stating, “On this sacred occasion, I pray for peace, prosperity, and unity among the people, as well as for enduring stability in Jammu and Kashmir.”
