New Delhi, September 11 (Patrika English News): Healthcare technology companies Philips and Masimo have extended their long-standing strategic partnership, with a renewed focus on advancing patient monitoring solutions through innovative sensor technologies.

Philips Masimo partnership 2025

The collaboration will see Masimo’s advanced sensor systems, including SET pulse oximetry and Radius PPG tools, integrated into Philips’ multi-parameter patient monitoring platforms. The companies said these integrations are aimed at providing clinicians with reliable insights across bedside monitors, central stations, and wearable devices — enhancing interoperability and ensuring continuity of care.

Masimo CEO Katie Szyman said, “Expanding our strong, long-standing partnership with Philips allows us to build on our shared legacies of innovation and helps ensure that Masimo’s best-in-class technologies reach even more patients.”

Philips also highlighted the importance of future-focused solutions. Julia Strandberg, executive vice president and BUSINESS leader of connected care at Philips, stated, “Our priority is helping clinicians deliver the best possible care to their patients, and that means staying ahead of the curve.”

Alongside the current collaboration, Philips and Masimo said they plan to work on next-generation monitoring technologies that reflect emerging clinical needs, such as greater patient mobility and more integrated care pathways.

The renewed partnership follows Philips’ July agreement with Medtronic to co-develop patient monitoring solutions, reflecting an industry-wide push towards more comprehensive and connected healthcare systems.
