Jaipur, March 31: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) announced the results for the 12th-grade examinations across Arts, Commerce, and Science streams on Tuesday. This marks the first time the board has declared results immediately after the exams, in March.
The 12th-grade exams concluded on March 11, with a total of 910,009 students registered to take the tests. Previously, the RBSE had announced the 10th-grade results on March 24.
In this year’s results, girls outperformed boys in both the Arts and Science streams, while boys had a higher pass percentage in Commerce. However, the overall pass percentage this year was slightly lower compared to last year. In 2026, the pass percentages were 97.54% in Arts, 98.50% in Commerce, and 97.52% in Science, compared to 2025’s results of 97.78% in Arts, 99.07% in Commerce, and 98.43% in Science.
Notably, Rishita Tunwal, Nikita Jangid, and Divya Bhadu from the Science stream achieved an impressive 99.80% score, bringing pride to the Sikar district. Rishita shared her experience, stating, “I scored 99.8% in the Science (Maths) stream,” attributing her success to her parents and teachers.
She highlighted the support from her school’s faculty, who provided a well-structured schedule and extra classes, enabling her to perform exceptionally well. Rishita aspires to become an IAS officer to serve the nation. She advised juniors to focus on their studies, emphasizing the importance of self-study and taking short breaks during study sessions to maintain concentration.
Nikita Jangid also expressed her joy, stating, “I achieved 99.80% in the 12th-grade exams from the Rajasthan Board.” She mentioned studying for 7 to 8 hours daily, with her father being a teacher and her mother a homemaker. Like Rishita, Nikita aims to become an IAS officer as well.
Discussing her smartphone usage, she noted that she only used it for educational purposes and encouraged her juniors to focus on their studies and prioritize revision.
