Amaravati, April 4: A significant opportunity has emerged for those aspiring to work in a government hospital. The Government General Hospital (GGH) in Nellore has officially announced recruitment for 14 positions, including doctors and nurses.
The available positions at GGH Nellore include one full-time doctor, project coordinator-cum-professional counselor, accountant-cum-clerk, peer trainer, full-time housekeeping staff, yoga therapist/dance/music/art teacher, two counselors/social workers/psychologists, two nurses, two ward boys, and two watchmen.
The offline application process for these positions commenced on March 31, and the last date for submission is set for April 9. Eligible and interested candidates are advised to submit their registration forms before the deadline.
Applicants must possess relevant qualifications from recognized institutions or universities, such as MBBS, graduation in social sciences, GNM, B.Sc. nursing, or completion of the eighth grade, along with necessary experience in the respective fields.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 42 years, calculated as of July 1, 2025. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit and document verification, with monthly salaries ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹60,000 depending on the position.
When filling out the application, candidates must pay the specified fee according to their category: ₹500 for OC/OBC/BC candidates and ₹300 for SC/ST/PH/ex-servicemen candidates.
