Denver (Patrika English News): Former NFL quarterback and future Hall of Famer Drew Brees has voiced his support for Bo Nix, praising the young Denver Broncos quarterback as a strong fit in Sean Payton’s offensive system.
Speaking on ESPN’s This is Football with Kevin Clark, Brees said Payton’s scheme remains fundamentally the same as the one he ran from 2006 to 2021 in New Orleans. “The system is fun to watch,” Brees noted. “There’s still a ton of the core concepts that exist.
