Udaipur, April 15: The oath-taking ceremony of the Digambar Jain Dasha Humad Women’s Council was held with great enthusiasm and dignity, where the new executive committee pledged to steer the organization in a new direction. The event was attended by senior members of the community, female members, and distinguished guests.
The chief guest, community president Ramesh Shah, and special guest secretary Pushpendra Dhannawat congratulated the newly elected officials and highlighted the crucial role of the women’s council in community building.
The new executive committee includes Karishma Pancholi as president, Rekha Jawaria as secretary, and Dimple Dagaria as past president. The presence of former secretary Sharmistha Seth added to the event’s prestige.
The program commenced with a welcome speech effectively delivered by Rekha Jawaria. Treasurer Neela Bandi presented the income-expenditure details, emphasizing transparency.
Prior to this, a peace ritual was conducted at the Dhyana Uday Temple in Balicha, where community members participated with reverence. The event was coordinated by Hemlata Sariya.
