State-Level Swagat Program on March 25 in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar, March 23: The state-level ‘Swagat’ (State Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology) program will be held on March 25, 2026, in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. This monthly online Grievance Redressal initiative has been organized since 2003, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The program typically takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month; however, due to the public holiday for Ram Navami on March 26, this month’s event will be held on Wednesday instead.

Citizens wishing to submit their applications can do so in person at the Chief Minister’s Public Relations Unit, Swarnim Sankul-2, Gandhinagar, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on March 25. The Chief Minister will be present in the afternoon to listen to the grievances of the citizens.

In a recent post on the social media platform ‘X’, CM Bhupendra Patel expressed his happiness at attending the first convocation ceremony of Deakin University’s GIFT City campus. He described it as a milestone in the successful journey of India’s first international branch campus, highlighting Gujarat’s emergence as a global platform for world-class education.

He attributed this achievement to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose revolutionary approach to education—from the New education Policy to the ‘Study in India’ initiative—has transformed India into a global knowledge hub. GIFT City is rapidly evolving into a vibrant ecosystem where finance, technology, and excellent education converge.

The Chief Minister further noted that the collaboration between Gujarat and Australia extends beyond degrees, opening new doors for innovation and global partnerships that will benefit students in the coming years. He congratulated all those who received their degrees and wished them a bright future.
