Bollywood Stars Celebrate Ram Navami with Prayers for Unity

Mumbai, March 26: The auspicious festival of Ram Navami is being celebrated across the country today. This day holds special significance as it marks the birth anniversary of Lord Ram, and devotees engage in prayers, fasting, and devotional singing. This year, along with the general public, Bollywood celebrities have also celebrated the festival with great enthusiasm, sharing their wishes in unique ways on social media.

Actor Ashish Vidyarthi shared a poster on Instagram wishing everyone a Happy Ram Navami, featuring Lord Ram wielding a bow and arrow. In the caption, he expressed, “On this auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, may the qualities of courage, strength, and dedication lead you to success.”

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor shared an image of Lord Ram with the caption “Happy Ram Navami.” Meanwhile, R. Madhavan posted a beautiful picture of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman, wishing everyone peace and harmony. His caption read, “Warm wishes to all on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. Jai Siya Ram. May happiness and balance prevail in everyone’s life, and may love and unity flourish in society.”

Veteran actor Jackie Shroff also shared a divine image of Lord Ram on his social media, wishing everyone on this holy day.

Actress Urmila Matondkar shared a devotional video featuring the bhajan “Shri Ram Chandra Kripalu Bhajman,” sung by Lata Mangeshkar, along with her wishes for Ram Navami, encouraging everyone to celebrate the day with devotion and reverence.

In a similar vein, Tanisha Mukherjee shared a beautiful picture of Lord Ram, wishing everyone peace, prosperity, and inspiration to walk on the path of righteousness.

It is noteworthy that Ram Navami holds special importance in Hinduism, celebrated as the birth of Lord Ram, who is regarded as the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu. On this day, devotees fast, visit temples, and remember Lord Ram through bhajans and kirtans.
