New Delhi, September 12 (Patrika English News): Classic Legends has rolled out special benefits on the BSA Gold Star 650 ahead of a GST-led price hike, which comes into effect on September 22, 2025. The premium modern classic will see its tax rate increase to 40%, up 9% from current norms.
Pre-GST benefits till September 21
The exchange program, valid until September 21, offers buyers an exchange bonus of ?10,000 along with an accessory kit worth ?5,896. Customers can also save up to ?23,702 by purchasing the motorcycle before the GST revision.
Anniversary edition accessory kit
To mark its first anniversary in India, the Gold Star 650 comes with a limited edition accessory package at no extra cost. The kit includes a tall windshield, pillion backrest, polished exhaust guard, and rear grab rail, further enhancing its touring appeal.

Staying true to its heritage design, the BSA Gold Star 650 is powered by a 652cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 45 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 55 Nm at 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike features a cradle frame, telescopic forks, twin rear shock absorbers, and Brembo disc brakes (320 mm front, 255 mm rear) with dual-channel ABS. It rides on aluminium Excel rims with Pirelli tyres and is offered in five colour options — Shadow Black, Insignia Red, Midnight Black, Dawn Silver, and Highland Green.
