
Bikaner, 7 October (Patrika English News ). Deepawali, the festival of lights and enthusiasm, will be celebrated with a new look in Bikaner this time. A three -day Deepotsav 2025 will be held at Rotary Bhawan, Panchshati Circle, Sadulganj from 16 to 18 October under the joint aegis of Editor Association of News Portals Bikaner and Rotary Club Bikaner Royals. This event will be in the form of Triveni of purchasing, honor and entertainment, so that every class can celebrate Deepotsav in its own style. It will not only be a market or fair, but will become a unique confluence of culture, literature, service and respect.
There has been an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the city regarding the Deepotsav fair. The publicity made through news portals and Instagram reels has caused a lot of enthusiasm about participation among traders. On the very first day of the event, 20 stalls of 35 slots have been booked, now only 15 stalls are left. Members of the Rotarian and Editor Organization are specially invited for these remaining stalls, so that they can display their products here.
Rajesh Baweja of Rotary Royals said that the fair is being organized to encourage local vendors and provide an opportunity for economic empowerment with the purpose of ‘Wocal for Local’. People who do remarkable work in various fields will also be honored in the fair. Yogesh Khatri, vice president of the editor organization, said that after widespread media publicity, businesses associated with property, home decorations, clothes, jewelery and speech therapy have booked stalls enthusiastically.
Gopal Aggarwal, former president of Rotary Royals, said that attractive gifts will also be given through lucky draw for visitors who shop at the fair. Treasurer of Editor’s organization Manoj Vyas said that the event is being widely publicized so that more and more people can enjoy shopping at the same place and on the occasion of Diwali, local traders can display their products under one roof.
Rotary Royals treasurer Jagdeep Oberoi said that stalls of decorative items prepared under the institutions of the families of martyred soldiers, handicraft products made by disabled children and ‘Malhar’ program are also being set up at the fair. The amount received from the sale of these products will be used in the works of public interest.
More than 35 stalls will be installed in the Rotary building complex, which will have both AC and non-AC arrangements. Here handicrafts, home useful items, apparel, gift items and diverse materials related to Deepawali will be available. There will be three stage events every day in the midst of this market atmosphere, that is, a total of nine forum programs will spread the color of the celebration for three days.
Staging programs will include special award ceremonies to digital content creators, honor of service institutions, reception of doctors on Dhanvantari Day, discussions of scholars on scriptures and Ramayana, baby shows, rangoli, mehndi and dress competitions, and creative presentations on the Open Mike stage. All this program will give a social, cultural and creative identity to Deepotsav.
