
Udaipur, April 11: The Maharana Pratap Senior Citizens Institute organized a Health discussion program at the Science Committee in Ashok Nagar. The event commenced with an invocation by Ishwar Jain “Kaustubh,” followed by a musical performance by Dilkhush Seth and Madhu Sharma.
In his welcome address, General Secretary Bhawar Seth shared insights from the state conference held in Chittorgarh. Dr. Lata Sharma, a homeopathic physician, highlighted common issues faced by the elderly, such as joint pain, sleep deprivation, and loneliness, emphasizing that these can be alleviated through stress management and positive thinking.

Dr. Nitin Chaudhary from Geetanjali Medical College discussed the symptoms of blood-related disorders, stressing the importance of timely diagnosis and treatment. Yogini Guneet Moga emphasized the significance of a balanced diet, daily routine, and regular exercise, recommending natural remedies.
Ayurvedic practitioner Dilkhush Seth addressed the topic of piles, advocating for effective Ayurvedic treatments and advising against the use of tobacco and gutkha. The program also included health check-ups for attendees. Additionally, members celebrating their birthdays and Rakesh-Ranjana Bansal, who marked their 40th wedding anniversary, were honored during the event, which saw participation from over 300 individuals.
