
Udaipur, April 11: In a significant move to enhance Health services in rural and tribal areas, modern medical equipment has been installed at the community health centers in TD and Dabok. This initiative was realized under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), following the recommendation of Rajya Sabha MP Chunnilal Garasia.
On Thursday, MP Garasia was the chief guest at the event, while Manoj Gupta, Executive Director of IOCL Rajasthan, attended as a special guest. Several dignitaries, including Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Ashok Aditya, were present on this occasion.
Enhanced cancer screening and Vaccination Services
As part of this initiative, breast cancer screening, mammography, and cervical cancer testing services have been strengthened. Dr. Meeta Jaiswal, in charge of CHC TD, and Dr. Prince, in charge of Dabok, emphasized the importance of these services for the region. MP Garasia stated that such initiatives would raise awareness about women’s health and provide better medical facilities in remote areas.
