
Ajmer, 17 October (Patrika English News ). The world famous Pushkar fair of the district will be organized this time from 22nd October to 7th November. The fair will be held in three phases. This will include animal fair, cultural programs and religious events. The main programs will start with the flag hoisting on 30th October.
District Collector Lokbandhu said that this time many new activities have been added to the fair. For the first time, Camel Show will be presented by BSF soldiers, which will include Camel Tattoo Show and other competitions. Along with this, horse show will also be organized. This time cattle farmers have been given the facility of online plot booking. Besides, a toll-free number has also been issued for complaints related to encroachment on government land. Extensive arrangements have been made keeping in mind the convenience of cattle herders, devotees and tourists. This time Rajasthani dance, singing and local artists will get a platform in the fair. Mr. and Miss Rajasthan competition will also be organized for the first time.
The old VIP pass system has been abolished. Now the fair will be equally open for everyone.
Famous singers Roop Kumar Rathod and Sonali Rathod will perform at Bollywood Night.
This time a new fair ground has been prepared for the convenience of horse and camel owners. Some competitions will be held there, while considering the number of tourists, many events will be held in the old ground also. Due to excess water at 52 ghats of Pushkar, security has been increased.
The entire fair will be monitored through CCTV cameras.
More than 2000 policemen, civil defense, SDRF, volunteers and magistrates will be deployed.
One-way system will be implemented for crowd control.
A permanent police post will also be created. Special decoration of Brahma temple area and markets will be done in Pushkar.

The Tourism Department is inviting domestic and foreign tourists through social media.
Information about government schemes will be given in the development exhibition, so that tourists can experience both the culture and development of Rajasthan.
Collector Lokbandhu said that this time the Pushkar Fair will be a completely public participation event, in which every visitor will get a living experience of the culture of Rajasthan.
