Jaipur, September 13 (Patrika English News): The Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2025 was successfully conducted on Saturday across nine district headquarters of the state. The exam was held for Telecom Constable, IT, and Driver posts, with a total of 10,000 vacancies advertised, including 1,469 posts for Telecom Constables.
According to ADG Recruitment and Promotion Board Bipin Kumar Pandey, a total of 1,05,846 candidates applied online, of which 76,800 candidates appeared at 280 examination centres, marking an overall attendance of 72.56%.
Strict Measures to Ensure Transparency
To maintain fairness and prevent malpractice, the police department implemented several stringent measures:

CCTV Monitoring: All 280 centres were equipped with CCTV cameras. A central control room at police headquarters allowed IT-trained officers to monitor live footage.

Security Checks: Candidates underwent manual frisking and scanning through Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD). Biometric verification was also conducted.

Electronic Restrictions: Mobile phones, pagers, and other electronic devices were strictly prohibited. Signal jammers were installed at every centre.

Secure Exam Material Handling: Question papers and OMR sheets were stored in temporary treasury rooms under CCTV surveillance with armed guards. Loading and unloading of material was recorded on video.

Action Against Cheating Mafias: Special surveillance was maintained to check organised gangs attempting to use smart gadgets like mobile phones and Bluetooth devices for cheating.
ADG Pandey emphasized that these steps ensured the exam was conducted in a completely transparent, fair, and secure environment.
