Tenancy dispute of two shops settled after 11 years

Bikaner, 17 October (Udaipur Kiran News). The ongoing tenancy dispute between two shops has been settled after 11 years. Today, with the help of police, the possession of both the shops was handed over to their owners.

According to the case, KEM in Bikaner. road. The tenancy dispute of two shops located here was settled after a long wait of about 11 years. The owner of both the above shops is Ratani Devi, wife of late. An application was submitted before the Court Rent Tribunal, Bikaner by Dayaprakash resident of Chautina Kuan, Sattasar Dera, Bikaner against tenant Usha wife Gopikishan resident of Pareek Chowk, Bikaner and Narayan son of Brijmohan resident of Asanio Ka Chowk, Bikaner, regarding vacating both the shops. In which on April 12, 2019, in the case of both the above shops, the verdict was given and decree was passed in favor of the shop owner Ratni Devi. Against which an appeal was presented by both the tenants before the Honorable Appeal Rent Tribunal, Bikaner, in which the Appeal Rent Tribunal, Bikaner accepted the decision passed by the Rent Tribunal, Bikaner as correct. Subsequently, the eviction proceedings by the shop owner in the said case were presented before the Rent Tribunal, Bikaner, in which the presiding officer Shajid Hussain Chhimpa, on 20 September 2025, informed the police of both the shops. With the help of Imdad, an order was given regarding issuing eviction warrant and handing over the possession.

In this regard, taking action on the spot in the presence of court cell chief Satyanarayan Sharma and police officers of Kotgate police station, physical possession of both the shops was handed over to the shop owner. The case was argued on behalf of shop owner Ratni Devi by senior advocate Ajay Kumar Purohit.
