Jaipur, 23 October (Patrika English News ). The district administration has made necessary arrangements in the temples of Galta ji, the temple destination for Kartik bath and Chhat puja. District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has entrusted the responsibility of all the arrangements related to the facilities and events of the devotees to the officials of the concerned departments for Kartik snan and Chhath Pujan. To ensure all the arrangements for the event to be held from October 25 to October 28, under the leadership of Additional District Collector Ashish Kumar, Municipal Corporation, Devasthan Department and other officials inspected the spot.
District Collector Dr Jitendra Kumar Soni has appointed Sub Divisional Officer Jaipur First and Sub Divisional Officer Jaipur North as overall in-charge and Tehsildar Jaipur as assistant in-charge for the event. They have been instructed to coordinate with all departments and ensure all arrangements. Municipal Corporation officials have been directed to make arrangements for cleanliness and lighting in the premises and surrounding areas, deploy trained staff of the fire brigade, make arrangements for barricading for crowd control, remove encroachments, and ensure availability of mobile toilets. At the same time, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur North has been instructed to set up a temporary control room for crowd control, install adequate CCTV cameras in the premises, identify suspicious persons and investigate them. At the same time, the Deputy Commissioner of Traffic Police has been instructed to ensure proper parking of vehicles and necessary arrangements for smooth traffic in the fair complex, and to check abandoned vehicles and suspicious objects in the parking of the fair complex.
Chief Medical and Health Officers I and II have been instructed to provide medical vehicles as per requirement in the fair premises till the end of the fair, and to ensure the availability of doctors, nursing staff as well as necessary medicines and equipment. At the same time, Superintending Engineer, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has been directed to ensure uninterrupted power supply, repair of open wires and electrical boxes and Superintending Engineer, Public Health and Engineering Department has been directed to maintain related arrangements including arrangement of tankers for supply of drinking water. Apart from this, instructions have also been given to Deputy Controller Civil Defense and Assistant Commissioner Devasthan Department to ensure necessary arrangements.
