Accused in Aurangabad Child Murders Attempts Suicide

Patna, March 28: In a shocking incident in Aurangabad district of Bihar, three children from the same family were allegedly murdered by their uncle on Friday. The police reported that the incident took place in the Khuthatan village of the Haspur police station area. The accused has been identified as Aman Pal.

According to police, Aman entered the house and attacked his two nephews and niece, reportedly slitting their throats with a sharp weapon. The victims have been identified as 10-year-old Anish Kumar, 7-year-old Ayush Kumar, and 5-year-old Anushka Kumari, all children of Guddu Pal.

The brutality of the incident has sent shockwaves through the region, leaving villagers in fear and disbelief. Police stated that the accused arrived at the house around 11 AM on Friday, knocked on the door, and allegedly launched the attack after turning on a loudspeaker. The children screamed in terror, but unfortunately, they could not be saved.

Following the incident, the accused attempted suicide by cutting his own throat. He was initially admitted to the Aurangabad Sadar Hospital and has since been referred to Patna for better treatment due to his critical condition.

Police officials have indicated that, at first glance, the accused appears to be responsible for this heinous Crime. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing to determine the exact motive behind the murders.

The tragic deaths of the three innocent children have created an atmosphere of mourning and fear in the area, leaving their family in shock.

Describing the horrific incident, Dawoodnagar SDPO Ashok Kumar Das stated that the police acted promptly upon receiving the information. He noted that teams from the Haspur police station arrived at the scene immediately and began their investigation.

It has also been revealed that the father of the deceased children, Guddu Pal, works as a cook in a train compartment.
