
Jaipur, October 11 (Patrika English News ). Due to the effect of cold winds blowing from Northern India, the weather patterns in Rajasthan have started changing. Mild cold has started being felt in the state. For the third consecutive day, the minimum night temperature has been measured below 20 degrees Celsius in many cities of the state.
Generally such coldness is felt from the third fortnight of October, but this time the mercury has started falling in the beginning of the season itself.
According to the Meteorological Department, similar weather is likely to continue for the next two days, while the temperature may increase by two to three degrees Celsius from next week.
According to the data released by the Meteorological Department on Saturday, in the last 24 hours the night temperature in more than 15 cities of the state remained below 20 degrees Celsius. Sikar was the coldest city, where the minimum temperature was 15.5 degrees Celsius. Despite the increase in coolness at night, there was a slight increase in temperature due to sunlight during the day. Yesterday the maximum temperature of the day was 35.5 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer and 35.4 degrees Celsius in Barmer.
Apart from this, the maximum temperature was 33.5 in Jalore, 32.5 in Sriganganagar, 32.4 in Bikaner, 32.8 in Phalodi, 32.7 in Jodhpur, 32.3 in Chittorgarh, 30.9 in Kota, 31 in Jaipur and 31.5 degrees Celsius in Nagaur and Bhilwara.
The Meteorological Department said that light cold winds will continue in the morning and evening for the next few days, due to which people have started feeling the cold in the early days of October.
