In fact, a 53 -year -old man was admitted to the unit of Senior Acharya Dr. Indu Thanvi in ​​the Medical Department with fever, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation and septicemic shock, where it was found that there was a lump in the patient’s stomach. He was transferred to the unit of Acharya Dr. Dinesh Dutt Sharma for surgery evaluation.

The patient was troubled by stomach pain, swelling for the last one year. Sometimes there was a problem in eating food, dizziness and a special type of prick in the stomach. Dr. Dinesh Dutt Sharma said that the patient had a very rare type of lump which is called retroperitoneal lymphengeioma. This lump in the stomach is about 10 to 20 lakh population of one person. This type of lump comes out of the body’s lymph system, due to which there is more problem like pain and heaviness in the stomach.

Dr. Dinesh Dutt Sharma said that in the investigation, it was found that this lump was located in a very complex place of the stomach in retroperitoneal space. Since the size of the tumor was large, it had displaced with significant retroperitoneal organs pressure, its pressure also caused intestinal obstruction.

In the operation team, Acharya and unit in -charge Dr. Dinesh Dutt Sharma along with Assistant Acharya Dr. Parang Aseri, Dr. Divyam Nutyal, Dr. Aniket, Dr. Pratibha, Dr. Suresh Goyal collaborated. Dr. Geeta Singaria, Dr. Gayatri Tanwar, Dr. Abhas contributed to the team of unconsciousness and OT Incharge Rekha Panwar, Sumer Singh Rajpurohit along with Kalavati and Anju were instrumental in the nursing officer team.
