Investigation revealed that out of the total amount of fraud of ₹23.56 lakh, ₹63,657 was deposited in the bank account of Anil Kumawat’s wife. Further investigation also revealed that the defrauded amount of about ₹12.50 lakh belonging to other victims had also come into his wife’s account.
