Jaipur, 9 October (Patrika English News ). Flight operations once again went haywire at Jaipur airport on Thursday. Many flights of Indigo and SpiceJet airlines could not depart on time, due to which passengers had to face a lot of trouble.
Indigo Airlines flight 6E-7742, which was scheduled to take off from Jaipur to Chandigarh at 5:50 am, was canceled at the last moment. This decision was taken due to non-availability of aircraft. On Wednesday, an Indigo plane was grounded after a technical fault. Due to this reason, flights to Chandigarh, Udaipur and Indore have also been affected in the last two days. At the same time, SpiceJet flight SG-1077, which was to depart from Jaipur to Pune at 5:05 am, could not take off due to a technical issue. Airline officials said that the flight will be dispatched soon after the problem is resolved.
SpiceJet’s Jaipur-Dubai international flights (SG-57 and SG-58) are still operating with a delay of about seven hours. According to the fixed schedule, SG-58 flight coming from Dubai was to reach Jaipur at 8:25 am, but now it will arrive late. After this, SG-57 flight from Jaipur to Dubai will depart.
