Jaipur, 14 October (Udaipur Kiran News). On the instructions of Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Ganganagar Police has taken two major decisive actions against organized crime, cyber fraud and grassroots crime. Under the special campaign Operation Freeze being run in the district, on one hand luxury property worth crores of rupees earned through cyber fraud of Rs 2000 crore was confiscated, while on the other hand the illegal possession of the accused history-sheeter was demolished.

District Superintendent of Police Dr. Amrita Duhan said that this action has been taken against the fraudsters Lajpat Rai Arya, Deepak Kumar Arya, Ajay Kumar Arya and others, who committed fraud of about Rs 2000 crore in the name of CapmoreFX company.

Investigation revealed that the accused did not have any permanent source of income, yet they had purchased plots and luxury vehicles worth crores of rupees. This was clearly illegal earnings. In this case, along with the accused arrested, their family members like Renu Bala, wife of Lajpat Rai Arya and properties purchased in the name of absconding Ajay Kumar Arya and Malkit Singh, father of Karmjeet Singh, have also been confiscated considering them as proceeds of crime.

Detailed description of properties worth crores

On the basis of two Istgas presented by the police on 5th February and 11th March 2025, the Judicial Magistrate has issued attachment orders on Tuesday 14th October while conducting a speedy hearing on the Istgas presented under Section 107 BNSS. These properties located in Jaipur and Sriganganagar have now been legally confiscated.

Property seized in Jaipur (names of Malkit Singh, Deepak Kumar Arya, Renu Bala):

The plot area of ​​253.00 square meters of Amex City located on Ajmer Road in the capital Jaipur and the plot area of ​​138.88 square meters of Apollo Home Construction Cooperative Society Limited in village Girdharipura have been attached.

Property seized in Sriganganagar (names of Lajpat Arya, Deepak Arya, Malkit Singh):

Police have seized a luxury vehicle Lexus ES 300H in Sriganganagar. Apart from this, a total of Rs 10 lakh suspected amount of online fraud recovered from the accused has also been attached. Two plots of 20 by 80 feet located in local Chak 7 E Choti, Manvi Enclave have also come under the purview of attachment.

Bulldozer on illegal encroachment of history sheeter in Suratgarh

SP Dr. Duhan said that in the second phase of Operation Freeze, Sri Ganganagar Police attacked the history-sheeter accused in the Asif Khan murder case and who spread terror by attempting to murder and assault. Murder accused and history-sheeter Vikas alias Vicky Meel, resident of Suratgarh, against whom more than 15 serious cases are registered.

Under the joint auspices of the Municipality and the Police, the illegal encroachment boundary wall and cattle pen made by Vicky Mile on the municipal land was demolished. Through this action, a valuable plot worth about Rs 60 lakh has been freed from encroachment.
