Jaipur, 14 October (Patrika English News ). In view of Diwali, action was taken against half a dozen establishments in Doodh mandi Shastri Nagar on Tuesday to curb adulteration. Under the leadership of Chief Medical and Health Officer, Jaipur I, Dr. Ravi Shekhawat, six samples were taken from mawa traders.
Based on the information, a team of food safety officials started action on Tuesday morning and conducted on-site inspection of the mawa loaded in two pickup vehicles. CMHO Jaipur I Dr. Ravi Shekhawat himself was present during the inspection.
For the second consecutive day, samples of mawa from various establishments ready for supply in Mawa Mandi were collected.
During this, food safety officers Vinod Kumar Sharma, Virendra Kumar Singh, Naresh Kumar Chejara, Narendra Sharma, Pawan Gupta and Vishal Mittal were actively involved.
