Jaipur, 16 October (Udaipur Kiran News). Now the weather has started changing in entire Rajasthan including the capital Jaipur. Coolness has started being felt at night, while the sun is still showing its strength during the day. In the outskirts of the city, people have started resorting to warm clothes in the morning and evening. The Meteorological Department says that after Diwali, the effect of winter will increase rapidly and there will be a further drop in the night temperature.
In many districts of the state the temperature remained below 20 degrees Celsius on Wednesday night. Due to northern winds, there is mild winter in the state. Nagaur had the coldest night, where the minimum temperature reached 14.8 degrees Celsius.
During the last 24 hours, the sky remained clear in most of the cities of Rajasthan and the day was sunny. The day temperature in Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bikaner and Sriganganagar was measured between 26 to 35 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature in Jaipur, Alwar, Sikar, Pilani and Kota was around 32 degrees Celsius.
The night temperature was measured at 17.5 in Jodhpur, 17.3 in Churu, 17.4 in Udaipur, 16 in Pilani, 15 in Sikar, 16.3 in Ajmer, 19.2 in Jaipur, 17.8 in Alwar, 17.4 in Bhilwara, 20.2 in Barmer and 20.5 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer.
According to the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, there is no possibility of much change in the weather for the next few days, but after Diwali, the impact of snowfall in North India will deepen in Rajasthan. At present, the cold remains intense in Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jhunjhunu and Sikar due to cold winds in the morning and evening.
