Train Delays Expected Due to Construction Work

Chittorgarh, April 14: Train services in the Ajmer division of the North-Western Railway will face significant disruptions due to ongoing construction work. The Chittorgarh-Udaipur rail segment is particularly affected as several trains have been rescheduled, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers.
According to railway officials, work is underway to install an RCC box at Bridge No. 74 between the Jhadwasa and Bandanwara stations. A block has been implemented for safety reasons, leading to changes in train schedules.
Train number 14802, the Indore-Jodhpur service, is expected to run 4 hours and 30 minutes late on April 14. Similarly, the Kachiguda-Bhagat Ki Kothi train, which departed on April 12, will also be delayed by 4.5 hours. The Jodhpur-Indore train will run 3.5 hours late.
Additionally, the Jaipur-Udaipur City train will be halted for approximately 15 minutes en route, which may further delay its arrival at the destination. The railway authorities have urged passengers to check the status of their trains before traveling.
