New Delhi (Patrika English News): Smartphone maker Vivo is gearing up to launch its X300 series in China, with reports suggesting a debut on 13 October 2025. The lineup is expected to include the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, both featuring major design and hardware upgrades over the X200 series.

Vivo X300

According to a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, the flagship model may become the first smartphone powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Pro variant will also feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with ultra-slim bezels, confirmed by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao. This marks a shift from the quad-curved display used in the Vivo X200 Pro.

Camera and Design Highlights

The X300 series is tipped to focus heavily on camera TECHNOLOGY. Han confirmed a 50MP Zeiss-supported 92-degree wide-angle selfie camera with autofocus across the series.

The rear camera design will adopt a square module with rounded edges, as teased by Han on social media.

Other Key Features

  • The base variant could come with a compact 6.3-inch display.

  • The Pro model will include a new proprietary vibration motor and a Universal Signal Amplifier chipset developed in-house by Vivo.

  • The slimmest point of both devices is said to measure just 7mm.

For comparison, the current Vivo X200 Pro is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery, 90W wired fast charging, and a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED 1.5K display.

With the X300 lineup, Vivo appears set to push further into the premium flagship segment, offering advanced imaging and cutting-edge hardware.
