New Delhi (Patrika English News): Smartphone maker Vivo is gearing up to launch its X300 series in China, with reports suggesting a debut on 13 October 2025. The lineup is expected to include the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, both featuring major design and hardware upgrades over the X200 series.

According to a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, the flagship model may become the first smartphone powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Pro variant will also feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with ultra-slim bezels, confirmed by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao. This marks a shift from the quad-curved display used in the Vivo X200 Pro.
Camera and Design Highlights
The X300 series is tipped to focus heavily on camera TECHNOLOGY. Han confirmed a 50MP Zeiss-supported 92-degree wide-angle selfie camera with autofocus across the series.
