According to the Meteorological Department, due to the weakening of cold winds coming from the north and activation of eastern winds, day and night temperatures will increase in Rajasthan. The weather will remain dry till Diwali and due to clear sky, the heat of the sun is likely to increase during the day.
Weather experts say that there will be no weather activity of any kind in North India for the next one week. In such a situation, the Weather will be dry in entire North India including Rajasthan. In the last 24 hours, the sky remained clear in all the areas of Rajasthan. Due to strong sunlight during the day, the temperature increased by one degree Celsius. According to the data released by the Meteorological Department, the highest temperature of 36.9 degrees Celsius was measured in Barmer.
Apart from this, 35.5 degree Celsius temperature was measured in Jaisalmer, 34.3 in Sriganganagar, 33.1 in Churu, 33.6 in Bikaner, 33.8 in Jodhpur, 33.6 in Pilani, 33.9 in Jalore, 32 in Jaipur, 31.1 in Ajmer and 30.6 degree Celsius in Udaipur.
Although the day temperature has increased, the night temperature continues to fall and fluctuate. The minimum temperature in Ajmer dropped by five degrees to 16.4 degrees Celsius. 16.8 degrees Celsius was measured in Bhilwara, 16.5 in Jalore, 15.9 in Nagaur, 18 in Jodhpur and 19.5 degrees Celsius in Alwar.
The coldest night was in Sikar, where the temperature reached 15.5 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department says that the day temperature may increase in the coming days. At the same time, the nights will still be mildly cold. The sky is expected to remain clear and the weather dry till Diwali.
