Rajasthan study team met Indian Ambassador to Denmark Manish Prabhat

Jaipur, October 13 (Patrika English News ). Under the knowledge enhancement program to increase the capacity of farmers, a team of 38 progressive farmers of the state under the leadership of Animal Husbandry Minister Zoraram Kumawat, Minister of State for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Ota Ram Devasi, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry Jawahar Singh Bedham and three ministers are on a tour to Denmark these days. In Denmark, this team is obtaining information about new technologies and innovations in agriculture and animal husbandry.

The study team had a courtesy call on Indian ambassador Manish prabhat during their stay in Denmark. On this occasion, there was a detailed discussion between the two sides on mutual cooperation and knowledge exchange in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, water management and rural development. During this, the team members discussed aspects related to agriculture, animal husbandry, water management and renewable energy going on in Rajasthan and expressed their eagerness to learn from Denmark’s experiences.

Ambassador Manish Prabhat, welcoming the study team, said that in a state like Rajasthan, Denmark’s technical expertise and innovation can prove useful, especially in the areas of agriculture, animal husbandry and dairy management. He stressed the need to further strengthen the India-Denmark partnership. On behalf of the Embassy, ​​the study team from Rajasthan was invited for a dinner where the team members interacted with the Indian diaspora of the country and there was a detailed discussion on the areas in which there can be cooperation between Rajasthan and Denmark.

It is noteworthy that this team includes Animal Husbandry Minister Jora Ram Kumawat, Minister of State for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Ota Ram Dewasi, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry Jawahar Singh Bedham, Chairman of Farmers Commission CR Chaudhary, Government Secretary of Animal Husbandry Department Dr. Samit Sharma, Government Secretary of Agriculture Department Rajan Vishal along with 9 officers of Agriculture, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry Departments and 38 farmers and cattle rearers. The team is being led by Animal Husbandry Minister Zoraram Kumawat.

The team members said that this meeting with Ambassador Manish Prabhat was very useful and inspiring. The experience of Denmark’s advanced technologies and policy innovations will provide a new direction to the development of agriculture and animal husbandry sector in Rajasthan and our experience will prove helpful in the implementation of new schemes in the state.
