
Madhubani, March 28: A tragic Car Accident in the Arar police station area of Madhubani district, Bihar, has resulted in the deaths of three friends. The group was returning from a fair when the incident occurred late Friday night, shortly after midnight.
According to police reports, the friends had attended a fair in Gwalpara, organized in celebration of Ram Navami. They were driving back to Madhubani when the driver lost control of the vehicle near Arar Bridge. The car veered off the road, crashed into a pole, and fell into the Surasar River.
There were four individuals in the car, but one person remains missing. A team from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) is actively searching for the fourth individual. Upon receiving news of the accident, police quickly arrived at the scene and, with the assistance of local residents, managed to recover the bodies of the deceased.
On Saturday, a police officer confirmed the identities of the victims as Ghanshyam Kumar (28) from Ward 23 of Madhubani Station Chowk, Ankit Kumar (26) from Mokma in Saharsa district, and Vasant Kumar (23) from the Saur Bazaar police station area. The car has been retrieved from the river, and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
The families of the deceased are devastated, mourning the loss of their loved ones, who were known to be good friends. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation, and police have stated that a detailed inquiry will reveal the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
