Auraiya, October 29 (Udaipur Kiran): Police in Uttar Pradesh’s Auraiya district have arrested two youths after a video showing them performing dangerous stunts on the Bundelkhand Expressway went viral on social media. The video featured three luxury vehicles — including a Ford Endeavour and a Mahindra Scorpio — seen racing and drifting at high speed on the expressway.
Taking the incident seriously, the Kotwali police immediately launched an investigation and seized the Endeavour and Scorpio involved in the stunt. A search is underway to trace the third vehicle seen in the video.
Kotwali Station House Officer Rajkumar Singh confirmed that the viral clip was filmed near Auraiya on the Bundelkhand Expressway. Both drivers of the seized vehicles have been taken into custody for questioning to identify the person who recorded the video and others present during the incident.
City Circle Officer Ashok Kumar said performing stunts on expressways is extremely dangerous and poses a threat to both the performers and other commuters. He added that strict action is being taken based on the viral footage, and efforts are ongoing to locate the remaining vehicle and those involved.
